In New South Wales, please enjoy bottled water on transport. It keeps things tidy and comfy for everyone, as alcohol, messy snacks and soft drinks aren’t allowed. Thanks for helping us keep it clean!

Exact times cannot be guaranteed due to road conditions or delays that may not be within our control so please allow a few hours either side of this time frame just in case.

Our private group tours usually require 8 people or more and are the most economical for groups of 10-12 or more. We are happy to take groups of less than 10 people for a private tour however the minimum price will still apply. See our BATHURST TOURS page for more information or to enquire about what price would apply to your specific situation.

Please email us atΒ booking@bathursttours.com.au. This must be done a minimum of 14 days before your tour departs (please note different minimum times apply to tours charged with a group price). To read all of the details regarding bookings, cancellations and other terms please visit our Terms and ConditionsΒ page.

What happen’s if we miss our pick up?2023-05-26T10:57:11+10:00

Our drivers may be able to wait a maximum of 10 minutes past your given departure time on our Bathurst Tours if time permits however this is not guaranteed (it is up to the driver’s discretion on the day). β€œHolding up” the bus and making other guests wait is obviously not fair to others and our tours must run as close to time as possible as the cellar doors require us to arrive within 15 minutes of our booked tasting time or they may not serve the group which obviously affects everyone else on the tour.

Generally we cannot wait for late passengers (regardless of the reason) and we also cannot offer refunds or tour date changes as we will still have held that spot on the tour whether you attend on the day or not. It is best to arrive at the departure point 10 minutes before your given time to ensure you don’t miss the departure!

Are there vegetarian and/or gluten free lunch options available?2022-02-14T12:04:02+11:00

Vegetarian and/or gluten free options are available at most of the lunch venues we visit however we cannot guarantee it. Please advise dietary requirements in advance.
